Cost of goods includes materials, fees etc. needed to build out the infrastructure for the growing operations. That's why it takes some time for a startup to start turning a profit. However the kind of revenue theyre currently generating will get them there much much quicker. I'm actually surprised they were so close to turning a profit last quarter.
