The only proof that can be provided are the court orders for the liquidation of the assets and the closing down of all business operations. And the resignation of all management and board of directors . There is zero proof of anything else being pumped in fantasyland. The shares that are owned are attached to a debt ridden insolvent empty shell corporation. Weather they are trading or not they are attached to nothing of value.
