What people don’t realize is that the last RS was a monster for the amount of shares in the OS. I really don’t think they need to do another as that would technically make them the worst company in the history of OtC. My thoughts are if he doesn’t do something this time around, all retail and investor confidence will be gone.

Diamantis will have a real hard time getting his $10mil back that he’s owed from them. Even if he’s owed because of the liens...they still need to cover the debts. They will run this one super hard

They need a major run to be able to pay back on loans they owe.
And it’s gotta be a major one.

The good news? They actually have enough assets and the correct sector to be able to support a huge pop in pps. Still currently undervalued from aggressive selling. People really should read the 10q and the section on fully diluted values
