Okay so what’s your point? We gonna sue then now? I see they just pay their fines and carry on. How does this help? A new big conspiracy? New Rico charges? Another 5 years of waiting?
My point is, IF they are naked shorting this, what are you going to do about it? The short answer is Nothing. If anything you make a good point not to buy cmgo with them on lvl 2.
