Dilution for what? They paid all their 3rd party debt. And in the last 5 months, dilution was only about 50 million shares.
They now have cash and a $3 million LOC, so they have money to finance their day-to-day expenses, and they have product already bringing cash in (RXAir, Sonnett, soon RX3000...).
