Very true we think but we don't really know what this new filing means.

As shareholders we go by past and current factual DD to decide where a company has come from and where it's going.

Facts are

Jody the new CEO brings years of experience to the table.

PCTL shared in the 2019 TIPS innovation of the year

Company has repeat sales in the agriculture product line.

Since the launch this past Nov. 4 hospitals are on board

Representation at all the HITS conferences for the year.

AS of 300M very little for a penny stock.

Speculation runs all over the place on the Ontario deal. So what. The company is in a very strong position even if it falls through. HITS industry, agricultural industry and oil fracking industry needs this new technology IMO only.
