I know it as accounts receivable, so while he is trying to bash what he is actually saying is that the company has filled orders and is expecting to be paid for services already rendered. Must be a Freudian slip; he is actually long and just trying to scare rookies into selling Monday so he can scoop up cheaper shares.

Anytime you see them out in full force it is generally a good sign.
