Black sea minerals is a seperate company and venture for Mr. Stunder they do not deal in diamonds they deal in abrasives. And yes they have been around and are still around today. Call Judith or Mr Stunder themselves they will tell you the same ( I have ). As for Omnicrom the old officers have NOTHING to do with this company. Aurora Pacific was the name of this company and they bought the shell company of Omnicrom. Then changed the name to North Star Diamond Company. It is a common practice to buy a shell of a folded company for sole purpose of not having to wait 9-12 months for governmet to set up your tax id, registration number, state numbers and all other forms that go with starting a new company. In my opinion NSDM needed funding for new projects like minibulk sampling, core drilling and others and saw this as fastest and easist way to start, which of course it is by the way. Now they have funding to continue instead of sitting back and waiting 9-12 months. And as a shareholder I am glad to see they chose this route. Think of it this way would you rather see them drilling now or in a year?
In other news as stated before Mr. Stunder leaves today to visit Superior Craton. This is the 10,00 acres recently purchased in Canada. He will be there for 3-4 days and then back home for a week. Around the 8-9 of October he will be headed to Ukraine to oversee the start of Minibulk sampling. And he will be back in NYC for diamond convention on Oct. 20th which if any one is interested a $350.00 per person convention. Personally and sadly I can not attend due to work. Thanx tho dan for posting the site for application. So as I see it with Mr. Stunder coming back on Oct. 20th IMHO I think we will see minibulk analysis done around end of October early November.
