If you would be so kind to walk us through if we in fact have a reverse merger on our hands.

Not knowing what kind of impact this would have for our shareholders,
Would you be so kind to explain from start to finish this scenario if you are correct.

I have already shared what I think is going on and quite frankly,
I think you might be right.

I’m not exactly sure what that is but, I know it’s some sort of a merger or some breakthrew news,
being held until their management loads up,
we wont know. They also have a deadline on purchasing their own stock.

If we knew that date,

that’s when it hits the fan...
