All we can do is wait. I figured both the 10Q and the 8K would be on time for the dates of the delays and dates given and they did not keep those dates as frustrating as it is if you own shares there is nothing anyone can do but hope they can get these important filings done ASAP. There is still good company DD already here if people want to look for it.
