Commercial Excellence Leader, Clinical Care Solutions

Role Summary:

The Commercial Excellence Leader, Clinical Care Solutions will lead efforts to drive efficient and effective coverage of targeted accounts LCS Account Managers, Product Sales Specialists, Inside Sales and Indirect Channels and in conjunction with Account Executives. This person will have a demonstrated track record of working with sales and service leadership, marketing, human resources and other functional areas to continually improve and distribution efficiency and effectiveness.

Essential Responsibilities:

Establish and drive key leading growth, relationship and commercial productivity indicators; drive execution on priorities to improve performance
Develop sales strategies aimed at improving sales productivity focused on outcome-selling, sales process standardization, tool adoption and sales metrics (pipeline, training, performance, etc).
Partner with key commercial and IT teams to drive implementation and adoption of the sales force technologies in support of account planning and sales force effectiveness priorities (includes CRM, iPad, other as indicated)
Partner with business functions by providing input to improve commercial field force hiring, performance management and talent planning practices.
Sets strategic plans that include organizational capability assessment and corresponding training & development and functional support plans in conjunction with Commercial business goals and objectives
Manage team to ensure alignment to organization strategies as well ability to execute specific initiatives within the organization, ensuring support across all sales force groups.
Responsible for assessment, recommendations and development of appropriate models (i.e. selling, coaching, Account Planning, Team Performance etc) to support efficient and effective field activities.
Responsible for management of the training process for needs assessment, design, and delivery through measurement controls to continuously improve training and development effectiveness
Partner with Marketing to drive coherent communication strategy to, with and through Account Executives

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelors Degree
5+ years experience in Sales/Services, Marketing, or Commercial Operation roles.
Demonstrated mastery of Account-based strategy development and Outcome-based selling
Ability to interface and influence at all levels in the organization
Demonstrated ability to lead and influence a cross functional team within a large, complex and matrixed organization
Proven track record on relationship building skills
Proficient in digital commercial tools, particularly Salesforce (CRM)
Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
