Proximity of insider buys, compared to where share price is right now is an important factor. Heavily shorted down to this point by sabby. Short squeeze could be ignited on any given day, probably following a strategically timed PR.

I don't know why people are afraid to pick up the phone and call them. Perhaps they will issue a PR soon.
