Whether they get their act together or not, Ballas has done EXACTLY what those guys are going to prison for.

They went from 500m shares to over 20 Billion in like 2 years.

They used pipe companies (we traced these companies out a while back and reported them here and to the SEC). In the case of UBQU, they were actually investment/loan companies that no longer even exist!

They paid these "companies" with convertible shares.

They used paid promotions (along with outright lies)to bump the share price so they could dump these shares and make their money.

The converted the first 10b for about .01. That's $100m. ONE HUNDRED MILLION DOLLARS. Plus whatever they get/got for the second 10b.

Whether or not they make it into a legit company now is irrelevant. What they did is illegal. The legality of it is not based on whether or not you guys get your money back. It does not depend on the performance of the stock at all. Illegal is illegal and I hope this POS and his buddies go to prison. I do, however, sincerely hope that you guys get your money back one way or the other.
