How is it working out for shareholders 1 year later?
In an August 2018 DECN Press Release, MF Berman in part stated, "as DECN is always committed to delivering superior shareholder value …." …. Have not felt this since entering into this void of an investment in May 2016 ….Where is the shareholder value when the numbers show dilution by over 60 mil shares AND shareprice decrease by over 95%?
GENSURE? GenUltimate?
"The company plans to sell GenSure! first in Mexico where upon approval by Mexican regulators, it can gain immediate traction. As such, the company has engaged an exclusive distributor for the GenSure! product. The exclusive distributor has taken on the regulatory registration process (estimated to be 90-120 days) and has inked an agreement with a large pharmacy chain and convenience store operator in Mexico, as well as several South American countries, starting with Chile. The large customer for GenSure! will also carry the company's GenUltimate! test strip."
- WHERE is the "inked Agreement"?
- BESIDES the regulatory approval, why has Genultimate been placed as stated in the Press Release?
- Did DECN do ANY due diligence on this distributor?
- Is the lack of EXECUTION DECN's FAULT or Someone Else's Fault?
- Did the "authorities" put a kabash on this deal like the Spanish deal a few years ago?
- What ever happened to Macre sales?
