The good news is he is old and on the board. I'm hoping they have interest from someone trying to take something public and just used him to push the price down when they accumulate. IMO... The volume did not seem to go over the amount of shares outstanding and lots seemed to trade hands maybe a few times.. Could be a play to name him and keep shares cheap as the new RM/take over plans to buy at a discount. again.. just my opinion..
