Well THAT is why I am here to say to those considering it...look at the FACTS. Sure its a bit of a gamble BUT:

1) By Titan's own words - costs have risen in a big way. The Q3 need is ~26M and Q4 is almost $17M. Those aren't going to go down, either. Those numbers are shown in the MD&A and quite frankly are prolly way low if history is any indication. I think you have to give me that

2) I do not think that Medtronic's unvail can call their yet un-named robot enos IF the trademark office hasn't formally approved it. How can you unveil something IF someone could still oppose it ? Makes no sense. Isn't the entire purpose of the analyst day to show the robot off and call it by name so the world can see ISRG's competition ?

3) Titan would definitely be worth more AFTER FDA approval - that is when a buyout most likely happens. The FACT is the worth part. The device is absolutely more valuable after approval. Hence, it makes sense that Titan moves the ball down the field a little more. To do that, $$$ is needed. They will have financial backing Taco BUT who knows what the terms are? DILUTION will not be avoided and that changes the valuation / math.

4) Another FACT - Mc is hedging...he plainly stated that end of year is very aggressive and there are 37 days left in Q3. Are you suggesting that things are still on track ? I don't see how that could be possible. Now that part is an opinion but the FACT is that Mc clearly stated that some of this is out of Mgt's control. Again, using history as a guide - I am thinking delay of perhaps 45 days to a month.


** So, if you have some ballz and want to try and increase your share count, then perhaps you do dump some in an attempt to buy back lower ? OR perhaps consider/explore things like TTLLF ? It just seems to me that people are frustrated, especially loyal longs. You seem to be the exception but if Mgt got their reprice, surely some folks will want theirs. Hence, I think this could go South in a big way and then reverse course as we get closer to year end. That is my stance - love it or hate it...it is MY thoughts on a public message board. Do with it what YOU will folks.
