They should still honor the free shares promised to shareholders who kept their shares from August 15 to Sept 1 regardless of this new Nov date, in case some people sold before Nov. Don't you agree?

"The ex-dividend date is expected to be set by Nasdaq on Nov. 6 and the company now intends to distribute the shares of Taronis Fuels on Nov. 13, according to a statement."
