After a string of FAILS and flip-flopping from fiber to CBD strains of hemp ---Now this Maven of Fraud is going into

As if this pot head conman has a clue about that. I am sure he studied bio-chemistry at MIT while building his smuggling operation.

What a farce.

Remember how this started --after the colossal FAIL of the Community of Companies where he coached felons in training ( Dr Marco Moran of DEWM graduated with honor from Hemp School of Felons ) having crashed and burned 18 companies--it was time to move on to hemp

In 2015 and 2016 we heard how the company was going to plant all this enormous acreage 25,000 acres, 1,500 acres 2,000 acres contracting with Growers, planting in all the Hemp owed land ( that turned out to be 9 acres OBTW)

What happened--nothing. 2016 couldn't get seed, 2017 well we never got a straight answer on that--we do know that many associated with \HEMP received BURN ORDERS due to excessive levels of THC in the hemp--2018 moved planting out of North Carolina ( NOW ITS KENAF growing there) and into Oregon where ALLEGEDLY they grew CBD hemp and ALLEGEDLY made (now) $3,000,000. Of course the accompanying LOSS was $38,500,000 which really makes ZERO sense.

Well within the space of 3 months the following comments and announcements came out of the "den of iniquity" ---CBD pre-rolls known as Blitzkrieg Blunts to Seize the market-----CBD Flowers to make record sales---we are not going to bother with growing fiber as it is not profitable---wait forget that we ARE going to grow Fiber--and NOW we are going to venture into Hemp Bio Plastics.

Are you kidding me. Hello Bruce anyone in there?

Bleeding RED ink, 5,000,000,000+ sharers out, heaven only knows what conversion to common is HIDDEN if all that PREFERRED STOCK ISSUED---Oh and a note for $18,000,000 comes out of the blue---FOR WHAT

And now we look at the financials and see in REALITY Hemp owns NOTHING. In owes Millions more than all its assets-NONE OF WHICH ARE OWNED.

So where in HELL did all the money go---$165,000,000+ unaccounted for.

Care to guess--likely your GUESS would be more accurate than the joke financials this company floats and expects the public to believe.
