Buying Polartec is one thing, and I like that idea. Competing with your customers isn’t a smart move.

I worked for a manufacturing company that work on large mining equipment. We were bought out by Caterpillar. Who was our biggest customer at the time. Once the other customers that were in direct competition with Cat heard. They pulled out all orders, and took there business somewhere else. They didn’t want their competition supplying their parts.

1. KBLB makes raw materials.
2. Polartec turns raw materials into usable goods for a retailer. Except in the case of the military. I believe they sell direct.
3. Retailers sell usable goods to consumers.

I think we should stick with 1. & 2. And leave the retail to the already established big boys.

The only way I would say we get into retail is if we did it right away. But I believe it would take much longer for the share price to appreciate.
