$3.5Billion Revenue x 50% Share = $1.75Bill
$1.75Billion Revenue x 30% EBITDA Margin = ~$650Million EBITDA
$650Million EBITDA x 10x multiple = $6.5Billion Dollar Valuation
$6.5Billion Dollar Valuation / 40million shares = $162.5 worth of shareholder value...
