Well, i also just received a email from mr. Read...:
So > everybody relax!



We are a small company with limited staff as we have been bringing the product to market. Millions have been spent to get all the regulatory and product testing required for our product to be successful in highly regulated markets to this point. We have always filed our reports but we have to use outside legal, accounting, and auditing groups. With that said, completing the Q must be past back and forth between each of these groups each time a change is made so it takes longer than companies that have internal resources.

We will and hope to get the quarterly report out soon.

Unfortunately, Per SEC rules I cannot comment on LOI at this time.
