Cautious

Changes to shareholder rights and the board always make me cautious.

Shareholders could try to vote no but if board members have so many million shares its a waste of time.

I think it’s possible that the meeting and it’s decisions could be invalidated because they haven’t registered shares as required.

But let’s see.

If it contains a clause that says the preferred shares can’t be used to dilute other shareholders value then I’d think that was a good sign it was all ok.
