Great points and appreciate the DD! How about the fact also that if the Rotor Riot merger is completed there would of course be at the very least a little redundancy in positions thus needing to keep one or the other person in that duplicated position? Maybe two web experts one from each company? This would make some sense. And Rotor Riot is the one with the revs and store front..so keeping a Rotor Riot web expert who built and manages an ecommerece site etc. would totally make sense. Potentially a higher skilled person. Just a thought. Either way, feel similar on things as you stated. Big picture looks good and they are doing all this for a reason.
