What is really bizarre is the stone cold silence from LM Technology inventor Yvonne Patterson. Her dream & her work has been destroyed, any stock she owns can't be worth very much. However, only dead silence from Patterson.

What is she gonna say? I got conned by Sidransky?

NOthing she says will make her shares valuable again. And I would figure UPenn would have checked out all the angles to save their investment

Kenny Berlin has presided over a 99% decline in share price since taking the helm. I am thinking - why does he even need to come to the office ?
What exactly does he do on a daily basis, other than starting his computer and shutting it off before heading home ?

It's obvious what he does. He cooks up schemes to give hedge funds free warrant conversions so he can keep enough cash in the till to pay his $500K salary.

From his perspective, it is a great living, far better than a two time failed CEO lawyer could earn in legitimate work.

Throw in two hour lunches and ample vacation time and what more could you want from a job that pays half a million per year? Anyone would work hard to find the hedge funds money necessary to keep that carousel turning.
