It’s about time this shows up on LVXI financials, from URALS quarterly report: The Company has acquired the Las Vegas Xpress, Inc. and assumed the operations of the X Train and the current X Wine Railroad service.
On May 30, 2019, the Company acquired X Train project from Las Vegas Xpress, Inc. for $3,000,000.

It also has licensed Las Vegas Xpress, Inc. (OTC:PK:LVX!) to use the X Train brand on the planned LA to Vegas X Train service. Revenues from the licensing are calculated at 5% of the gross revenue of LVXI's revenue derived from the deployment of the X Train brand on operating trains
