So, I received a return call from Peter obo the p r firm for Redcat. Unfortunately, I was late for Dr. appointment and thus was distracted on what info I was able to gather. I clarified that the recent bad tweet was from a disgruntled ex employee. I was advised that they do in fact have an office. Currently there are approximately 9 employees. I clarified that they are currently in a quiet period until after the ticker change. Even after the change next week it sounded like no new news until after Labor Day. It does sound like posting and updates to follow after the change. There was no news to be revealed in my discussion and I clarified the the LOI is still outstanding, the deal is still pending. I could not clarify anything on product as the company would not comment on this at this time. As I said my time was limited and I was distracted as I had a physical therapist waiting for the resolutiion of my call. I wish that I had asked about any patents as well as about the financials. I encourage others to call and try to secure as much information as you can. Please keep us posted if you gather anything else new. Maybe the name of the p r firm would be helpful. Sorry on the limited info gathered as they called me at a bad time.
