Steve Berman has lied to every single investor he’s ever communicated with. Steve Berman is an absolute fraud.

I know how things work. People crying for Steve to be in jail need to know that if penny stock con artists actually went to jail there would be more of them in jail than drug dealers and pedophiles.

Even if the SEC catches them in a blatant fraud and even if the DOJ or FBI get involved they never do hard time.

Bernie Madoff will spend the rest of his life in jail...but he’s super old so maybe he’ll actually do 20?

But he’s lived a life of opulence on the backs of investors.


Penny stock operators like Steve have made millions, but not billions and Bernie Madoff admitted to blatant Ponzi scams.

Pinning something like that on Steve would maybe get him 3 years. He’d get a 5 year ban from the SEC.

He’d be out within a year. He’ll find a way to get into a different penny stock or who knows, maybe he will Jordan Belfort it and go on speaking tours.

He’ll be just fine while he’s literally drained the bank accounts of trusting investors over the years and probably caused a lot of pain in doing so.

He’s lived a life that he promised investors with no intent to ever fulfill and he lived that life with the money from naive investors who trusted a man they never meant because of his “Shareholder updates” and nonsensical tweets.


So he maybe does a year or less. He’s lived a rich life for over a decade. He’ll do white collar time for a white collar crime and hey... I’d never give up my freedom for a crime but serving a year for a lifetime of boats and nice cars and vacations doesn’t seem like a terrible trade off especially when he knows he’ll be back at it in no time.


Steve Berman is a con man and a fraud and there’s no need for the standard, fearful disclaimer so often seen in ihub: there’s no need for an “IMO” here.
