Thanks everyone for the open and honest dialog. To be perfectly honest, I was thinking of selling and trying to buyback at a cheaper price and adding shares, realizing that typical stocks would provide that opportunity upon news of dilution. I have tried that twice in my fairly short history with CTUM and have bought back both times at a higher price (live and learn). While I do believe there will be sellers before the Dec. 20th board meeting, there isnt one other stock on the market I'd rather have my money SAFE in. It wouldnt surprise me, if before that time Don released a PR ...dividends to those on record before Dec. 1st (another hint) or something of the like. So, Im not taking any chances. Just hoping to add if the opportunity arises. GLTA 1step
