I doubt it. The company has had ample time to update such a simple thing as BOD. The only explanation I can think of is that BOD must not be set in stone yet, but then that really doesnt make sense either. Maybe they're looking for a russian-english translator! Who knows? Basically, no one knows why BOD has not been updated. ihubbers have been waiting for about a month, and waiting is not easy. Waiting turns investors into traders.
