This moron got an IPR sweep that only 4% accomplish and he has no employees, no revenues, etc. So there's that.
Pretty impressive he can accomplish something that most companies that do have employees and revenue can't accomplish.

Classic rinse and repeat going on. What, for years we heard complaints about VPLM and these shares coming back. VPLM was mocked and it was treated like it was VPLM's fault for these shares being outstanding for so long.
Unfortunately, the court system allowed Kipping to continue to delay, delay, delay and play the game. TRUE LONGs kept saying, it's just a matter of time and VPLM will eventually win. BOOM!!!!They win. Sound familiar, it should? TRUE LONGS have been correct year after year after year.
Funny that something that was mocked for years is no longer a big deal since VPLM won. Go figure.

Don't matter, just like these shares, eventually these companies will have to answer for their infringement, THAT WILL BE PROVEN when given the chance.
