........uwbi/UWBKQ has a SCOTUS case against the FDIC..........referred to as BOB RICHARDS.....................

....the FDIC has used "BOB RICHARDS" in dozens of legal cases over the years............the case involves the relationship between an OPERATING COMPANY and a HOLDING COMPANY...........BOB RICHARDS was a Chrysler car dealership.......which went defunct and had no connection to banks or bank HOLDCOs...... ..........

......federal courts and federal appeals courts have ruled that operating companies can extract monies through the holding companies.........relative to banks, for example, the surviving HOLDCO of a failed bank could LOSE OUT on, like income tax refunds if the operating company, the bank paid the taxes.......per BOB RICHARDS, the courts ruled...............FDIC has milked this case for millions and millions of dollars........................

.......so, uwbi hired the best SCOTUS law firm in the USA, HOGAN LOVELLS to take the case on contingency and get the SCOTUS to end this FDIC using BOB RICHARDS for the failed bank RECEIVER to claw back from the HOLDCO.......

........FDIC is in a lot of trouble, imo and FNBCQ might benefit, ultimately if BOB RICHARDS is changed by the SCOTUS.............
