binzur - Just because a company may be in "default" with the Secretary of State where they were originally organized, does not necessarily mean that the company is not in business anymore. Its corporation may have been re-organized in another state or another country (Canada?) or it may have merely decided to operate under an "assumed name" status rather than a coporation.

Perhaps a search of the Ontario public records (also whichever province Toronto is located in, if not Ontario) may reveal some business registration for Consultech. Seems there would be a business license on file somewhere.
