That's a lost hope. The science does not support Metronomic chemo as an effective therapy for any solid tumor. Much less as a 2nd line therapy for PC. And whether CIABs are even required is yet to be determined - assuming any initial effect is seen in the unfunded mythical CT, without an enabling mythical IND, is ever conducted.

That will occur in the future with front line Chemo combined with targeted pathway drugs, plus immunotherapy treatments. It's starting to occur now in CTs. Disruption of the TME, stromal tumor layer, and finding an effective immunotherapy (TILs) will be the keys.

It will not be accomplished with the Kenny Wonder Treatment, first conceived in 1999, in a mythical CT with a proposed 2nd line setting. The biotech sector hasn't been sitting still these last 20 yrs waiting for the Kenny Wonder Treatment. Neither will it be waiting while Kenny issues more PR pumps the next 8 yrs.
