DGE Management Inc. Transaction
On August 7, 2019, WorldCap Solutions Inc. acquired DGE Management Services Inc.,a Florida corporation formed in August 2017 to manage securitization structures which have borrowers in the US and Canada. Working with Luxembourg based securitization platforms, DGE stays in close contact with borrowers for the duration of their loan agreements in order to ensure they are staying in compliance with their loan covenants as well as help facilitate the flow of information up the structure in a timely manner.
