They’re plenty of reasons/things to hold up the release of financials.
Just look @ Fle$ , their filings just came out today months late.
Issues with auditors, coming up with certain files, cost money.

There are a lot of t’s to cross here,
But, they’ve been in the works.
We will see them soon imo.
And, all they need is one SEC audited filing to have the CE removed.

It may take a second, but it’s coming.
