Hey Al, no opposition at this point with VDPH. The judge simply granted a continuance so the defendant could discuss options with majority shareholders. We’ll know more at the new appointment date on the 26th. At that time it’ll either be opposed or granted. Seeing how the company has been a silent shell since early 2012 I look for custodianship to be granted with all parties benefitting.
