Binzur - your post is a personal attack but here is the rebuttal.

I don't claim to be an expert, just someone who works hard to learn more each day.

Please show me a post of mine where I have pumped this or any stock, urged anyone to buy w/o their own DD, and not warned of the inherent risks in pink penny stocks. You are quite frankly a liar and those who follow my posts know this.

With respect to what was done in Nevada, lawyers often use a shell entity to create temporary situations in the transfer of a business from one jurisdiction to another. I'd love to have the full explanation, we don't have it. The fact that it is in default would have no bearing on the public entity. Again, this is why the AF's are so important as they would show the extent of asset ownership by the public entity. This is what the basher "crew" so fears.
