I would assume that you are familiar with the business world? Someone can project a completion of a transaction (IBM, TESLA, Berkshire..it happens to each of them) and most people understand that if something is delayed for a few weeks, it's not the end of the world.

But it would seem that some believe that Vakser should be held to a different standard...
