Read again the 10Q, what Greg said totally makes sense now. There s 2 banks: "Fidelity Bank" and "Fidelity Co-operative Bank".
The LOC is with Fidelity Co-op Bank.
The 500,000 was with Fidelity Bank and is explained in another paragraph and happened in 2018. The paragraph you quote refers to it again because it will also create another class of preferred shares.
