You need to go to the SEC site and read all the documents on this case. Not only will you see what they're charged with, but it gives you a great view of what kind of people run this company. Appears to be a huge lack of character and inability to do things the legal way. Possible that the unaccounted for $$ that Gailm referred to is in a rabbit fund?
