I agree - so they are going it alone and WILL DILUTE. So, do you think this will be it then ? OR yet another round and another reverse split soon ? What are your thoughts as to how this plays out?

Waiting and waiting like this calls into question the smarts of doing a $26M raise followed by a $17M raise 2 months later. THAT makes no sense so as we wait, the likelihood of ~$40M becomes more apparent IMO.

I think that is what they will do and stomach it hoping that those that believe will endure. For me, I would want my 2 lbs o flesh.

Thinking about 18.5M shares issued and PPS is artificially being propped up here until the ink gets put to paper. Thinking either at 2.15 or 2.20
