Lots of fake news here...

Clearly, the PR did not contain any "offer". It only "talked about" an alleged offer. The offer was to "take over management" of vplm and spoke about "options" available to purchase Malak's shares.

There was NO OFFER FOR VPLM and there was NO OFFER TO BUY THE PATENTS.
