Oh really? How about all your explanations over the last year about how they can't tell anyone details because of non-disclosure with counter parties. I would think you wrote at least 40 posts and maybe over a hundred stating something like that.

Have they disclosed what the 4 million payment to lumb was? NOPE.

Have disclosed how the Biocann vote was done, when the shares required to do it were never actually issued? Nope.

Have they disclosed anything about Biocann? NOPE.

The list is long and they know that shareholders do not understand it and therefore do not complain. They are also afraid to complain. It must be a victim thing.

Expect the mining assets to disappear. A and C preferreds will be paid with the proceeds and disappear. It will seem grand, with no details, and all the other preferreds, which are still too large, will remain.
