They do this because it saved them about $1.5M of costs to go public. I would guess they got here for about $250K and a lot of that is carried in old stock from the seller of the IGEX shell. Soon watch for name change to give true identification. Very smart way.
AVXL a very promising biotech once was a copier supply vendor, transformed the exact same way.
A grab and hold for me.... Several here know I will buy size and hold for years...
