Before the NT was filed they should’ve been technically “current”. Not quite sure why the CE hasn’t been removed as of yet.

Maybe SEC filings have a longer review period than OTC filings with attorney letter? Idk but in my book I’d much prefer the SEC filings, this looks more legit than most other reinstatement plays I’ve seen lately.

This shell has hardly any debt and a few $million in NOLs alone, I’m happy to be holding at these levels. Very exciting times ahead, in the near future if you ask me.
