15M shares is .033 percent of outstanding shares of a .03 cent penny stock. That's amazing IMO for getting right into the thick of an industry that is exploding. QMC tech makes blockchain immutable like no other can. That's unique. QMC has the final piece In the blockchain security everyone needs.
