TCA appears to be the Plaintiff in most of the cases. I imagine most will depend on wording in the contract. Unfortunately for us Alex has a history of entering some bad agreements. On the other hand TCA has been doing this for some time and probably knows how to extend a contract which is overwhelmingly favorable to them. It’s really hard to say definitively without knowledge of contract and claims as why one party feels the other is not keeping their part of the agreement. In the meantime if Alex isn’t paying according to the schedule for the first nearly 2 million dollars we will enter penalty interest phase which I believe is around 22%. I think we will know in somewhat short time what lies ahead. JMHO
