That doesn't even make sense. What it apparently shows is a company that was already filing unaudited financial statements with OTC Markets, and then terminated registration by filing a Form 15 with the SEC. Presumably it had been delinquent, as was ARYC.

But unfortunately, no LINK was provided. so we can't be absolutely sure what the point was supposed to be.
