At this point, no one should need proof that Saagar is a lying con man; but he provided it today nevertheless. In the NT 10-Q, he estimated the quarterly loss at $9.5M or $3.85 a share. Now, in the 10-Q, he tells everyone the loss is only $3.1M or $1.59 a share. Is anyone so naive that they think the lesser Govil had no clue what the numbers were only four short days ago? No, he knew what the loss was, and he knew it wouldn't look as bad today if he initially floated a really horrible number. I was expecting this trick because it's one that's frequently used in penny stock scams.
