Nope it was a normal trade, I've seen them do this before. It's happened to me when buying, the Ask will decrease and the shares will show up in the account but they will wait until the next day or after hours to reflect it in the price. Not sure why it happens that way but it almost seems like they want to keep the price appearing very low.
